At Rich Daniel Store, we stand behind every piece we create. If your order isn’t the right fit, we offer a simple return process through store credit so you can find something that better matches your style.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return.

Once your return request is approved, please follow the instructions provided through our return portal to complete your return.

Pre-Order Items

Select products may be offered as pre-order due to high demand.

Pre-order items typically ship within 4–6 business weeks.

Each pre-order item is specially prepared following your purchase. While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, occasional delays may occur due to production schedules, customs processing, or carrier delays.

If you decide a pre-order item is no longer right for you before it ships, we may issue Rich Daniel Store credit that can be used toward any item on our website.

We also offer a selection of in-stock products that are ready to ship.

U.S. Returns Only

We currently accept returns within the United States only.

A return label can be generated through our return portal.

For incorrect size selections, preference changes, or other non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Each order must be returned separately.

Once your return has been received and approved, your store credit will be issued electronically as a Rich Daniel Store e-gift card.
